DR. PASQUALE J. GIORDANO

Dr. Giordano grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and attended local grade school and high school. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. In May 2004, Dr. Giordano earned his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Maryland. While in dental school, Dr. Giordano served as the President of the Student Dental Association and received the Katherine Toomy Award for devotion to the school and profession. Also while in dental school, Dr. Giordano was selected to become a member of the Prosthodontics Honor Society. He completed a general practice residency at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital and has been in private practice in Northern Virginia since 2005.

Dr. Giordano is a member of the American Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

He prides himself on being at the forefront of dental technology and regularly attends continuing education courses. Dr. Giordano is certified in Invisalign, Oral Conscious Sedation, and ACLS. Dr. Giordano also attends conferences and seminars on aesthetic dentistry, implant placement, and implant restoration.

Dr. Giordano and his wife, Joanna Giordano, reside in Arlington, Virginia, and were wed in October 2010. Dr. Giordano played soccer throughout high school and college and currently plays in a men's indoor league. In his free time, Dr. Giordano enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, skiing, golfing, and fishing.

DR. JOSEPH A. KHALIL

Dr. Joseph Khalil earned his DDS from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry where he received many awards and was inducted into the elite dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He went on to complete his prosthodontic residency at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. As a highly-skilled prosthodontist, Dr. Khalil provides for all phases of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including dental implant placement and full-mouth reconstruction.

Because he’s passionate about his career, Dr. Khalil aligns himself with the latest advancements in modern dentistry. He’s a member of the American College of Prosthodontics and an active participant in continuing education seminars and professional organizations. He lectures on everything from cosmetic dentistry, complex treatment planning for restorative cases, and dental photography.

TRACY, DENTAL ASSISTANT

Originally from Smithfield, Tracy has been working in dentistry for 30 years now, first becoming a valued member of our team 8 years ago. She has taken several advanced courses in dentistry over the years and enjoys staying on the cutting edge of technology as she works with Dr. Giordano and Dr. Khalil. Her favorite part of her job is talking to her patients and helping them love their smiles.

Tracy has a very large family! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

DARA, DENTAL HYGIENIST

Dara is originally from Ashburn, VA, and adds more than a decade of experience to our dental hygiene team. She says she loves getting to know our patients and being able to help them achieve better oral health. Dara is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. When she’s not working, Dara loves being active, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
